Community Event: Cookie Walk Fundraiser, New Providence

For bakers who are pressed for time, culinary-challenged gift-givers or holiday shoppers looking for delicious treats, the Cookie Walk Fundraiser in in New Providence on Saturday, December 8 is a worthwhile addition to your list.

A $5.00 donation provides you with a choice of homemade cookies in a decorative, recyclable, holiday-motif box. Proceeds from the Cookie Walk will benefit the Christopher B. Cosgrove III, United States Marine Corp Memorial Fund.

Open from 11am to 4pm, the Cookie Walk takes place at the American Legion Post 433 located at 357 Elkwood Avenue in New Providence. For more information, call 908-464-9010.
