  HudsonWay Immersion School (HWIS), in association with¬†The Confucius Institute¬†and Jersey City University, will hold a festival to celebrate the Chinese New Year at 249 Bebout Avenue in Stirling on Saturday, February 2, from 10am to 1pm.
