Ashley Christus is a stellar real estate agent. To achieve our objective of a relatively quick and painless sale, we knew we needed to find the best high-end realtor in the area. As we did our homework, including speaking with people who had gone through the home sale process, Ashley’s name kept emerging. So we decided to meet with Ashley and see if, in fact, she was the “uber” realtor in the area. Shortly after our initial meeting with her, Ashley presented us with a pricing and market strategy for our home that clearly involved a great deal of effort and was the product of vast experience. We were so impressed with Ashley’s strategy that we listed our home with her on the spot. We did not interview any other realtors. Ashley sold our home in nine days, for the full asking price. Indeed, the amount of interest in the house that Ashley generated during that nine-day period was nothing short of amazing. Ashley’s service did not end with the signing of the contract. She worked doggedly to help us navigate all the nettlesome issues that typically arise between the signing of the sale contract and the closing. She worked well with, and had the respect of, the buyers, their realtor and lawyer and the other professionals involved in the transaction. Kathy and I can’t say enough nice things about Ashley. We hope someday to have the opportunity to work with her again. In the meantime, we will highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell, or purchase, a home in her area.
