Brittany Lusardi

Brit enjoyed a successful career working with luxury designers in a marketing and public relations capacity before joining the Chatham Office. Her experience in the design world has been especially helpful in the critical role of staging a home or offering décor advice to buyers. Brit thrives in a fast-paced, high demand environment where the focus is on exceeding client expectations.  She enjoys interacting with others to meet a common goal.

Luxury fashion brands Brit worked with include Yves Saint Laurent, Yigal Azrouel, Pura Lopez, and Chado Ralph Rucci.  She also held positions with boutique public relations and marketing agencies in New York City such as People’s Revolution and The Bromley Group.  She developed close working relationships with clients to establish their brand and image through event planning, mailings, social media, dynamic advertising and creating an online presence.

Her professional real estate involvement includes membership in the Young Professionals Network of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors.  She also provides marketing and public relations expertise to the Board’s Public Relations Committee.

Brit has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and a Certificate of Intensive Studies in Fashion Design from Parsons. She spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy with focus on fine arts and design. 

Born and raised in Morris County, Brit is a Randolph High School graduate. She is involved with the local community as a supporter of the Women’s Association of Morristown Memorial Hospital.

In her free time, Brit enjoys running, yoga, skiing, local activities, exploring the culture of New York City and spending time with friends and family.
