Debra Vlahakis

Debra brings a winning entrepreneurial spirit and solid executive background to her Sales Associate position at Turpin.  Previous career experience includes working at Simon & Schuster Publishing as a Marketing Associate and Cooperative Advertising Manager. She also owned and operated an import/export business that focused on antiquities and specialty items for several years. 

With a genuine interest in getting to the heart of what her clients need, Debra is known as an energetic, caring and patient professional.  She enjoys the daily challenges of real estate and is committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their lifestyle goals.  By listening carefully and taking all the time that is needed to find or market a home, Debra is a true partner when it comes to assisting her clients.

Debra has a BS degree from St. John’s University.  She has been married for 25 years and has two teenage sons who attend the Delbarton School.  A longtime resident of Chatham Township, Debra is involved in many local activities.  She serves on the Delbarton Mother’s Guild as a Board Member; is a member of the Delbarton Mother’s Guild Book Club; and is the Events Coordinator for the Delbarton Mother’s Guild Shop.  In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, cooking, baking, playing tennis and spending time at Brigantine Beach. 

Well-connected to the local Greek community, Debra works diligently to expose her sons to the family’s rich Greek heritage and culture.  She is personally involved as a Parent Advisor to the Greek Orthodox Youth of America’s Westfield Chapter; participates in the Annual Fine Arts Festival for Greek Orthodox Youth of America in New Jersey; supports the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church’s Annual Festival; and is Reservations Chairperson for the National Society of Ladies Philoptochos of Westfield’s Annual Fashion Show.
