Lee Springmeyer

Lee brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and insight to his Broker-Sales Associate position.  He has been involved in the listing and sales of residential real estate since 1992. Lee continues to attend real estate seminars and take professional courses to sharpen his skills. Clients and co-workers are impressed by his dedication, loyalty, patience and sense of humor. 

Combining a genuine interest in others with a client-for-life attitude distinguishes Lee’s professional approach.  “I enjoy getting to know my clients on a personal basis, which enables us to develop mutual loyalty and trust,” he explains. “My clients know they can call on me before, during, and long after the real estate transaction if they think I can be of any assistance to them in any area.”

While working at other area real estate companies over the years, Lee handled numerous transactions with agents from Turpin.  He was impressed by the company’s integrity, size and personalized approach, making his decision to join the Chatham Office an easy one.

Born and raised in Short Hills, Lee is a Millburn High School graduate.  He Graduated from Boston College manga cum laude with a BS degree in Marketing.  Lee has lived in New Vernon since 1984. His two daughters are both graduates of the Pingry School in Martinsville; one daughter is a graduate of Brown University and his younger daughter will graduate from Brown in 2012.

Lee enjoys golfing at the Morris County Golf Club in Convent Station, Broadway shows, and taking long walks with his dog, Marley. He has always been actively involved within his community and has volunteered for the New Vernon Volunteer Fire Department, the Harding Township Board of Health, serving for three years at it’s President, The Harding Township Civic Association, the Harding Township Recreation Department, The Morristown Soup Kitchen, and as a Deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of New Vernon.
