Mary Licata

Mary began her real estate career in 2007, joining Turpin in 2010.  She has been immersed in the world of real estate through her affiliation with Classic Country Homes, a custom home building business she co-owned with her husband for over 15 years. This background has given Mary extensive experience in contracts, pricing, client contact, negotiation, and the financial and insurance aspects of home ownership.  Additionally, she has been responsible for many of the new construction design and finish choices.

Currently licensed to sell homes in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mary has attained the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and e-Pro certification for Internet professionalism designations, and is working toward her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation.  By continuing her career education, Mary is highly trained in many areas of real estate to best serve her customers.

Clients and co-workers describe Mary’s professional style as patient, hard-working and detail-oriented.  She listens carefully to the needs of her buyers and sellers, and brings a positive attitude and good humor to every transaction.

Mary has lived in the Somerset Hills area for many years; she recently relocated from Sergeantsville to Bedminster.  She is married with two grown sons, two Labradors and two horses.  She is a dog lover and volunteers with the SPCA.  Mary is a volunteer event planner and member of the Bucks County Women’s Fund.  In her free time, she pursues interests like interior design, finance, boating and reading.
