Patricia "Pat" Pertusi

A consummate and dedicated professional, Pat Pertusi thrives on the challenges and diversity of the real estate business. Her experience and knowledge have been recognized by buyers and sellers alike for her constant attention to the market and keen awareness of their needs and concerns. Her high standards and commitment to excellence, balanced with a delightful sense of humor and positive attitude, have contributed to Pat's success. Her regular attendance at industry seminars has kept her up to date with a constantly changing marketplace and its accompanying requirements. As a resident of the area since 1977 with her husband Bill and two grown sons, she is established as a member of the community in The New Jersey National Golf Club, Friends of the Shelter, and St. James Rosary and Altar Society. Blessed with boundless energy, she serves on the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors Grievance Committee which provides a voice for members and the public assuring that ethical standards are followed in the real estate industry. Pat has always been resourceful and enterprising, financing her education through modeling while earning her B.A. in Speech/English at St. John's University in New York . Her M.S. in Elementary Education was earned in the evening sessions at Hofstra University while she was raising her family.  At Turpin she is best known for her dramatic personality and her humorous, caring and high energy profile. Pat has earned a reputation for providing excellent service to her clients making for a home search experience which includes total commitment and outstanding results.

Having come to the Somerset Hills as a result of her husband's corporate move, she has personally experienced the concerns of the relocating family. That experience helped in providing her with the sensitivity and expertise needed to assist transferees and their families not only in their search for a home but for the community, school and recreational facilities that suit their life style.

Known for her generosity of spirit, she is well respected by her clients as well as her associates. She gives willingly of her time in assisting new agents as they grow in the business. Pat's marketplace includes three counties Somerset, Morris, and Hunterdon: more specifically the towns of Basking Ridge, Bernardsville, Peapack-Gladstone, Far Hills, Bedminster, Bridgewater, Warren, Harding, Mendham, Morris Township, Chester and Tewksbury Township.
