Hilary Prouty moved to an antique home in the village Oldwick in 1992 after raising her two children in Peapack and Mendham. A Realtor since 1991, she possesses a genuine ease with people, making her a delight to work with. She is a regular member of the Turpin Million Dollar Club based on her outstanding production levels. Hilary remains active in the Somerset Lake and Game Club and is a current trustee of the Tewksbury Land Trust, whose primary mission is to help preserve the area’s precious open space.  

Valerie Fraser is widely known for providing clients with caring, well-organized service as she excels in home sales. Also a longstanding member of the Turpin Million Dollar Club, Valerie takes great pride in her successful real estate career. Her friendly, outgoing personality turns everyday business dealings into a positive experience. Born and educated in the United Kingdom, she became a United States citizen in 1993. Valerie was a trustee of the Kessler Foundation from 2004 until 2007 and is involved with local organizations such as the Essex Hunt Club and the Somerset Lake and Game Club.
