I’ve been a Realtor for 24 years. I joined Turpin Real Estate 6 years ago. Why? Because I feel that Turpin is the agency that provides the highest quality real estate experience and service to the consumer. I longed to be a Turpin Realtor for many years. I was not sure I had the “right stuff” to join such an esteemed group of professionals. I finally had my opportunity to interview and was delighted to learn that I was selected to join the company. The management team at Turpin is outstanding. They are most supportive of their agents. The team approach between agents in all offices is commendable. The level of professionalism is unparalled. Being with a small boutique broker allows me to have contact with the management team, the President and Vice President of the company. The cohesive management team provides the most valuable support to the agents with the company. The innovation of our President and his management team allows me to bring the best possible advertising, web presence and exposure to my clients. My first experience with Turpin was as a seller -- I was selling my home and needed a realtor. Having considered the various firms in the area, it became evident that Turpin's high degree of professionalism and determination to facilitate the process made it the logical choice for listing my home. Two moves later, all of which were brought about with Turpin's help, it was time for me to stop commuting to Manhattan and work closer to home, and Turpin was the clear choice.

Since joining Turpin, I've become even more impressed. I joined Turpin Real Estate about 5 years ago.

When I began my 30 year career in real estate I was involved with residential new construction. Because of my extensive exposure to agents in several counties here in New Jersey, I always encountered pleasant and professional experiences with the Turpin "family" of agents on a consistent level.

When asked why I joined TRE the response has also been consistent; TRE does business the way it used to be done. TRE is thorough, professional and always courteous to not only clients but other agents they encounter. TRE has continuous education for all agents which encompasses the current topics of today’s real estate best practices. TRE agents are full time and make every effort to deliver above average results.

From the quietly tasteful look of the offices to the superbly competent agents I dealt with there, I knew there was no other destination for me but Turpin. On the anniversary of our 50th year in business I look back and realize how fortunate I have been to work with the elite coterie of agents and managers at Turpin Real Estate. I have been with this company for almost half of its life. This unique company matches my personal style and goals in endless ways. I joined the company in 1988 after a two year stint with another company in Somerset County. The strengths I found at Turpin included emphasis on high ethical standards and service and a vast working knowledge of the real estate market. Their attention to detail and client’s needs is legendary. To have earned membership in the Turpin Million Dollar Club for the past 22 years within this dynamic framework has provided great personal satisfaction to me.
