When Shannon decided to get her real estate license there was never any doubt as to where she would work. Turpin had represented Shannon and her husband when they moved to Tewksbury, and she was overwhelmed by the professionalism, market knowledge, and courtesy of the entire Turpin team. As they settled into the community, they found out that many of the people they met also had a relationship with Turpin for the same reasons.
With her previous successful career as vice president and fixed income portfolio manager at Bankers Trust Company, Shannon brings sales, marketing, and negotiating skills directly to the real estate world. After raising their two daughters and living in Plainfield, NJ, she and her husband decided to move to the country and chose Tewksbury for its old world charm and relaxed country living. Selling real estate in a part of New Jersey that she has grown to love and enjoy so much was an easy and natural transition.
Shannon is a member of the Women’s Association of Morristown Medical Center and a former member of the Muhlenberg Hospital Auxiliary. She served for many years as secretary/treasurer of the Parents’ Association at the Wardlaw-Hartridge School. She is also a member of the Raritan Headwaters Association and Friends of the Tewksbury Library. In her free time, she can be found gardening at her farm in Oldwick or riding around Hunterdon, Somerset, and Morris Counties with her husband on their Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic searching out neighborhoods, houses, and properties. She also enjoys reading and traveling.
