My husband and I were at first apprehensive when the seller told us that we will use Cort as both the seller and buyer's realtor (we have a special case on this house), as we have been working with our own realtor for several years already.. we met with Cort and we found him very accommodating, very organized and straight to the point. he made sure we were doing our part. most of all, being the realtor of both parties, he was never biased, he made sure that both parties' interest were served and met. He is very down to earth. He even put the smoke alarms and fire extinguishers in place :). Overall, Cort is a blessing to us, and we will e forever grateful to God.. H is more than a 5 star realtor.

A dear friend of mine put me in touch with Cort Grey as someone that would take good care of my family in the sale of my beloved aunt's house, originally built by my great grandfather in 1916. Words are insufficient in expressing my gratitude to Cort for his integrity, honesty, sincerity, and compassion toward us as we faced the manifold difficulties in clearing out and then selling a house that had been in my family for 101 years. From replacement of knob and tube wiring to fulfilling any other contemporary building code requirements, Cort was there 100% of the time keeping us focused, calm, and patient with each and every step in making the sale possible. As a dual agent he took over the care of the wonderful buyers of the house with whom we had already made contact, balancing his subjective individualized care with objective wisdom based on experience, knowledge, and sound judgement toward both buyers and sellers. If you are seeking a real estate agent among the very best, you will have found that person in Cort Grey.

Cort was great to work with when we were looking to buy our first home. He was always available on short notice and made himself available to fit our schedule. He was such a wealth of knowledge during the negotiation and closing process. He helped us determine what prices to offer and guided us through every step of the process. When the seller's lawyer wouldn't respond to our lawyer, Cort stepped in to keep the lines of communication open. Without him we definitely would never have been able to move into our dream home.

I can't speak high enough on Cortland. He has gone over and above his role on so many occasions - including building our BBQ for us! We moved from the UK and Cortland immediately struck a relationship with us preparing a well put together document of homes for sale in the range. He has the owners and selling agents questions and pointed out things which I needed to pay attention to. We saw 27 homes on 5 or 6 visits - always accommodating and always enthusiastic. It was a robust search. When it came to putting in the offers he made sure it was done quickly and efficiently - the home we bought was only 2.5 days on the market and there were 2 other offers. When we got into the long process of purchasing the home, he was there to keep the process moving along. Endless talking to the attorney on both sides and helping with experts. When the house was finally purchased, as we were away Cort made sure the shrubs were watered and he even fixed the front door. As he's good with his hands, he helped us in so many ways and has a great 'yellow pages' for all contacts in the trade from air conditioning to plumbers. He's become one of the family and we have had over 500 emails together. Yes, he's that good, and coming from London, and working in New York, I am used to professional service and he completely went beyond. I couldn't have expected a better realtor and would recommend him to anyone.

"I was fortunate to have worked with Cort Grey in selling the house that I lived in for 20 years. Selling your house is an emotional as well as competitive process with so many homes for sale. Cort's knowledge and savvy put me in the best position to maximize the selling price of my home.
"Cort's advice regarding the right price to list the house and how to stage the home were the keys to my experience. Cort is unique among realtors because of his knowledge of home construction and identifying what items need to be addressed before placing the house on the market.
"Cort made himself available by cell phone and email at all times because lots of things pop into your head. Attentiveness is a very important thing that you don't know about a realtor until after you sign up.
"Once I had an offer, Cort's understanding of the legal process made that part easy to understand.
"If you are looking for a realtor that is going to maximize the value of your home, I suggest you contact Cort Grey at Turpin.
