Katie earned the Certified Negotiation Expert designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, an achievement that speaks volumes about her ability to negotiate effectively as she helps her clients achieve their goals. She knows the importance of continuing her real estate education, and has attended workshops to hone her already impressive skills. Katie graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a business degree in marketing.
Katie and her husband are longtime residents of Boonton Township. Originally from Holland, Katie moved to Morris Township as a child and attended public schools as well as Morristown Beard and Villa Walsh Academy. Katie is very familiar with real estate in Morris and Somerset Counties. She has been recognized with awards for her high production levels and outstanding sales record. Giving back to the community is important to Katie, who has been involved in Home and School Associations over the years as well as local fundraising functions. As residents of Boonton Township, her four children have attended Mountain lakes High School. In Katie’s free time she enjoys skiing, biking, walking, exercise, visiting the Jersey Shore and Hilton Head Island, traveling in the United States and abroad, as well as going to New York City to visit museums, theatres and restaurants. She loves dogs and horses and has three poodles.
