Having grown up nearby, I know that this part of New Jersey offers great balance. There's a small-town feel, but it's also close to New York City, which is important to me. I love the outdoors and this area can feel surprisingly remote, like an escape to the Adirondacks or Vermont. Yet it's close to all sorts of local conveniences.
