Area Tours and Pre-Decision Trips

Turpin Real Estate can play an integral role in any corporation’s recruiting and on-boarding processes by coordinating with a Relocation Management Company to assist the transferee and the family with decisions that need to be made to assure a smooth transition.

We truly understand the importance of a positive pre-decision trip when it comes to attracting key individuals to join your company or take a new position.

Early information allows the employee to make informed decisions, which in turn help keep company relocation costs down.

If a candidate or employee’s current home is out of Turpin’s service area we can coordinate with an affiliate partner in the departure location to determine home value, probable marketing time, and any other challenges related to potential departure.

Group Move Assistance

Whether you are moving five employees or 200, our group move services will make it a great experience for each individual employee and the whole group.

We can provide customized presentations about the destination location, group tours, and all destination and departure services.We can also provide personalized service for each employee, in partnership with corporate policy and the company’s talent mobility team.

Departure Services

For employers that need to support employees moving out of the area, our experienced relocation team makes the process easier.

The timely preparation of the home, and ensuing sale are paramount to assuring a successful relocation.

We will work with the Relocation Management Company regardless of the homesale type.

Our relocation trained agent will assist the transferee with comprehensive marketing, provide guidance in getting the home ready for market, and work tirelessly to get the home sold as quickly as possible, for the most money.

Destination Services

Turpin will help the employee and family get acclimated so that the employee is able to get back to family and business obligations as quickly as possible.

Employees who decide to purchase or rent a home will be matched with a relocation-trained associate to identify potential properties that meet their individual criteria, show properties, submit and negotiate contracts, and manage the transaction from contract through closing.

The Turpin Relocation Team

Suzie Kovalsky, CRP, GRP- Director of Relocation

With over 20 years of industry experience, much of which was spent as a destination counselor and member of a large Relocation Management Company team, Suzie is uniquely qualified to understand and minimize the stress that a move can cause.

Having lived in North Central New Jersey for almost all of her life, she has vast knowledge of the area, the schools, activities available, and town dynamics.

As a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Relocation Professional (GRP), Suzie’s experience and education allow her to serve national and international clients, offering them expertise in employee mobility, corporate policies and programs, real estate, transferee counseling and other services.

She has a BS degree from Virginia Tech in hotel, restaurant and institutional management.

A longtime resident of Mendham, Suzie helped establish Mendham Magic Track and Kiddie Lacrosse. She is married with three grown children.

Kathy Sisto, GRP Relocation Coordinator

As a core member of Turpin's Business Development Division, Kathy initiates and fosters relationships with relocating corporate transferees who have been placed with Turpin. A key service is consulting with the transferee and providing information about the local housing, amenities, transportation, schools and other family lifestyle requirements with efficiency and thoughtfulness. Although she specializes in relocation, she is also skilled in consumer referrals and e-business.

Kathy has a BA degree in English from the University of Richmond. A varied background in the banking, retail and nonprofit fields provides a broad base of knowledge for her administrator position. Kathy is also active with the Matheny Medical and Educational Center in Peapack, serving as the President of Friends of Matheny and as a member of their Board of Trustees.

As a longtime resident of Bernardsville and a New Jersey native, Kathy can provide firsthand information about living in this part of the state to her relocating clients. Kathy and her husband have three grown sons.
