The Senior Center of the Chathams is sponsoring a tour of eight lovely gardens sure to provide new ideas and natural inspiration for the growing season. Garden tours take place on Saturday, June 2 from 10am to 4pm. These beautiful gardens are designed and tended by the homeowners themselves. Proceeds from the tour will be used to support the programs and services of the Senior Center, a non-profit agency whose mission is to help older adults age in place at home by keeping them active and connected to each other and to the community at large. The locations of the gardens in Chatham will be revealed at time of ticket purchase. Tickets for the Garden Tour are $40 in advance or $45 on the day of the tour. Purchase tickets online through the Chatham Senior Center website or in person at the senior center in the Lower Level of the Municipal Building at 58 Meyersville Road in Chatham.
