Marketing Coordinator, Turpin Realtors | Location: Far Hills
Turpin Real Estate is seeking a creative self-starter who is also collaborative by nature to assist in the execution of social media, marketing, and agent support programs for our boutique real estate brokerage.
Responsibilities include the scheduling, posting, creative asset development, and all other aspects of a lively content marketing program for our brand. Monitor industry influencers, trends, applications, tools, emerging platforms, etc. Track and optimize digital campaign performance. In parallel, guide agents in social media best practices to support their own social media objectives.
Deliver training, support and help-desk assistance for our service offerings (graphic design, photography, copywriting, video, digital marketing, social media, and print advertising) and our best-in-class tech stack (digital marketing, transaction management). Maintain company intranet and interface with vendors of third-party solutions.
Qualifications:
• BA or BS in Marketing /English /PR /Communications or similar discipline preferred with 3+ years related business experience
• Track record of executing day-to-day corporate social media programs, with strong knowledge of social media best practices and metrics
• Superior writing, editing, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and manage relationships
• An eye for graphic design and an understanding of brand "voice"
• Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment, paying attention to detail and organization
• A customer-service orientation; coworkers, management and clients are all respected partners in our business
• Experience in real estate and/or luxury marketing preferred but not required
The ideal applicant will have strong skills with most or all of the following: the entire Google for Business suite, Facebook and FB ads manager, Instagram, Youtube, Mailchimp, and Squarespace, and have the willingness and ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
