The Cognac Lounge at Ninety Acres in Far Hills is hosting a La Osa Wine Dinner featuring 56 Degree Wines on Friday, March 29 from 6:30 to 10:00pm. La Osa owner Noelia de Paz will be joining participants during this a gourmet dinner featuring wine made of obscure grapes from Castila y Leon, Spain, such as Prieto Picudo and Albarin.

Turpin has a historic connection to the property surrounding Ninety Acres since we were involved in its transfer, resulting in a record breaking sale in New Jersey. A landmark in Far Hills real estate, Natirar was sold by Turpin Real Estate in 1982 to H.M. King Hassan II, Sovereign of Morocco. The $7.5 million transaction set a record in the state of New Jersey that year. It was acquired by Somerset County in 2003 and a large portion of the property is used for public recreation.
