Steven's prior roles with JLL and Cushman & Wakefield focused on real estate finances and asset management. He also has a background in acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management for a local private university, gaining experience in multi-million dollar properties and associated renovation projects.
As a lifelong Hunterdon and Somerset County resident, Steven has a wealth of local knowledge to share with his clients. Having graduated from Rutgers University with a dual degree in Economics and Russian as well as studies in Spanish and German, his educational background helps him view a property from a financial perspective and helps him easily connect with clients from different backgrounds.
In his spare time, Steven enjoys staying active, whether it be at the gym, cycling or visiting local parks with his Scottish Terrier.
